🇨🇿 Price and reimbursement regulation of prescribed medical devices

We invite you to an online seminar intended primarily for suppliers of medical devices who are seeking reimbursement from public health insurance funds, but also for other persons involved in the areas of pricing and reimbursement of medical devices. In this webinar, we will guide you through the rules of price and reimbursement regulation for medical devices issued on prescription. In terms of price regulation, we will show you how the originator price and trade mark-up are regulated, as well as how the price of custom-made devices is calculated.

In the section concerning reimbursement, we will describe not only the notification process (with special attention paid to the documents that must be submitted in order to be granted reimbursement) and the granting of reimbursement, but also other, less frequent processes (e.g., exclusion from reimbursement, changes to notifications, maximum price agreements, etc.) that may occur in connection with reimbursements for prescription medical devices under the Public Health Insurance Act. We will also familiarize you with the method of interannual price and reimbursement increasing, and at the end, we will leave room for your practical questions.
