About
The event is held in Czech language only!
Medical device price regulation has long been one of the most challenging disciplines in terms of interpretation and application in the supply of medical devices to the market. In addition, during the last year, completely new legislation was adopted, which brings a number of changes. In addition, the area of VAT on medical devices was quite static despite partial problems until the adoption of the so-called consolidation package. Since then, all interested parties have been striving in vain to achieve a uniform approach to institutes such as single-use devices and pharmaceutical products according to the nomenclature of the customs tariff. On 18 February 2025, an important roundtable was held in the Chamber of Deputies, which succeeded in achieving a shift in the views of the Ministry of Health, SÚKL, GFŘ and the customs administration. We will also inform the webinar participants about these conclusions.
