🇨🇿 Mandatory ePrescription and the issue of dispensing medical devices in doctors' offices

We invite you to an online seminar intended for the general professional public. For many years, the area of medical device prescription lagged behind the related category of medicines, both in the introduction of voluntary electronic prescription and in the change to a mandatory regime. Although the deadline of January 1, 2026, is fast approaching, we are still seeing cases of general unpreparedness for the fundamental changes that will take place at the beginning of the new year. It is important to realize that this is not just a question of prescribing itself, where the technical solution of "eRecepts" is de facto being recycled. There will also be a significant impact on the dispensation of medical devices, including mail order dispensation, and the scope for continuation of the gray area consisting of the dispensation of medical devices directly in doctors' offices will be completely minimized.
